The Book?
What book?

My first book on Amazon is now available. It is called The Book of Rhymes by Jeff Walker. It is a collection of previously unpublished rhymes, poems, songs and verses. The rhymes span a period of 15 years and are a glimpse into the love, loss and lyrics which I encountered during that time.  These are not songs which are on my albums, these are rare rhymes from notebooks and napkins which never saw the light of day, till now!

 PAT O'BRIEN RHYME


If you followed sports at all during the 1980's, you will recongnize the legendary Pat O'Brien as one of the biggest names of the broadcasting era. He then went on to host the shows THE INSIDER and ACCESS HOLLYWOOD. Well, he is now on Fox Sports Radio and asked me to write a flow about him. I am in the midst of my latest and greatest album creation. After so many years of writing to a socially acceptable consciousness, I am finally letting myself create something I have wanted to for so many years...just solid, lyrical, creative hip-hop. The album is including top of the line production, guest appearances and my most honest and diligent work yet. Hip-Hop music and culture as we know it today would not exist without the emcee. The emcee would not exist without his words. It all starts with the writing!

It doesn't matter  if you are a beginning songwriter or a seasoned emcee, this workshop has been used and helped all levels of lyricists. It is not a "come and spit your flow" workshop, it is a workshop which will expand your rhyme schemes and topic creation and we will be writing IN the workshops and then sharing with the group.

Lets BE the change we want to see in Hip-Hop.
