If you followed sports at all during the 1980's, you will recongnize the legendary Pat O'Brien as one of the biggest names of the broadcasting era. He then went on to host the shows THE INSIDER and ACCESS HOLLYWOOD. Well, he is now on Fox Sports Radio and asked me to write a flow about him. Here is what I came up with...check it out:

I am in the midst of my latest and greatest album creation. After so many years of writing to a socially acceptable consciousness, I am finally letting myself create something I have wanted to for so many years...just solid, lyrical, creative hip-hop.
